Nomination for the NSATA Hall of Fame
The highest honor a member of the NSATA can receive is induction into the NSATA Hall of Fame. The NSATA invites eligible and deserving athletic trainers to be nominated for this prestigious honor and be recognized for their contributions to the profession of athletic training.
Any worthy individual, regardless of race, religion, sex, disability, national origin, military status, sexual orientation, gender, or posthumously based on their contribution to not only the NSATA, but to the profession of athletic training may be nominated by any voting member affiliated with the NSATA, MAATA, and/or NATA. Upon completion, this nomination form should be sent to the Hall of Fame Committee Chair where it will be reviewed in addition to the letters and application to verify that the nominee meets all criteria requirements.
