Application Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Professional-Level Graduate Athletic Training Program in the State of Nebraska.
Current Student Member of NATA/NSATA

Letter of Interest (Career/Personal and Professional Goals/Category Specific Criteria)
- Category Specific Criteria:
  - Clinical Professional Development Category
    - Demonstrate Contributions to Professional Development
      - Attendance of the association meeting
      - Presentation of free communication at an association meeting
    - Demonstrate Professional Experience Advancement
      - Additional clinical experience beyond the program clinical assignment
    - Demonstrate athletic training clinical networking, and/or facilitating the interprofessional practice for patient care
  - Eric Smoyer Leadership and Service Category
    - Demonstrate contributions to Professional Organizations
      - Participation in a leadership capacity (athletic training related organization)
      - Leadership in academic and/or campus activities
    - Demonstrate superior academic achievement
    - Demonstrate community services or involvement that promote athletic training and/or sports medicine professionals.
Letter of Recommendation (one letter of recommendation from a Certified Athletic Trainer)
